Shipping Policy

Streamers ship Marketplace orders directly to Viewers. HitScanTCG sets minimum shipping standards that all Streamers must meet. Individual Streamer stores may offer faster handling or alternate carriers, disclosed on their storefront.
1. Where We Ship
The HitScanTCG Marketplace currently ships to addresses within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently support shipping to U.S. territories, military APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Support for additional regions may be added in future updates; changes will be announced on this page.
2. Handling and Shipping Timelines
- Pack opening: Streamers open purchased packs live on stream within 14 days of purchase. Openings are scheduled based on each Streamer’s published stream schedule.
- Handling time (opening to shipment): Streamers must ship within 5 business days of the livestream opening, unless a longer handling time is disclosed on the Streamer’s storefront and accepted by you at checkout.
- Transit time: Typical domestic ground transit is 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier and destination. Expedited options add cost and reduce transit time.
- Total estimated time: From purchase to delivery, most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. High-volume streaming schedules, weekends, and holidays may extend this.
3. Carriers and Shipping Methods
- All orders ship with trackable delivery. Streamers upload the tracking number to your order before marking it shipped; you can view it on your order detail page.
- Standard options include USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground. Streamers may offer additional carriers.
- Orders with a declared value of $100 or more are shipped with signature confirmation or equivalent. You must be available to sign or authorize an alternate delivery arrangement with the carrier.
- Orders over $500 are typically shipped with carrier insurance covering the declared value. Orders under $500 ship without additional insurance unless the Streamer opts to purchase it.
4. Packaging Standards
All Marketplace shipments must use protective packaging meeting the following minimums:
- Card protection: Rigid or semi-rigid protection (top loaders, card savers, or team bags) for valuable hits. Penny sleeves at minimum for all non-bulk cards.
- Outer mailer: Bubble mailer or rigid box sized appropriately. No single-wall envelopes for anything but bulk commons.
- Weather protection: Plastic outer wrap or waterproof mailer for packages weighing over 4 oz or during winter shipping months.
- Shipping label: Printed from a verified shipping account; no handwritten labels except for return addresses.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination, total weight, and carrier selected by the Streamer.
- Streamers may offer free shipping on orders above a threshold; this is disclosed at checkout.
- Sales tax applies to the total order including shipping in states where shipping is taxable under marketplace facilitator rules.
6. Order Tracking
- When your Streamer ships, you receive an email with a tracking number.
- Track your order on your HitScanTCG order detail page or directly through the carrier’s website.
- If there are no tracking updates after 7 business days, first contact the carrier, then contact the Streamer through the order message thread.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
7.1 Lost in transit
If tracking shows no delivery scan 10 business days after shipment, contact the Streamer. You are entitled to a reshipment (if inventory is available) or a full refund under the Refund Policy.
7.2 Carrier delay
Carrier delays (weather, sorting backlog, customs) do not qualify as lost. If tracking shows recent movement, the package is en route. If tracking is stalled for more than 7 business days without movement, we treat it as lost per § 7.1.
7.3 Damaged on arrival
- Report damage within 48 hours of the delivery scan by contacting the Streamer and, if unresolved, opening a dispute on your order page.
- Include photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged cards.
- You are entitled to a replacement (if inventory is available) or full refund.
7.4 Stolen after delivery (porch theft)
If tracking shows the package was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, the order is considered delivered. We recommend filing a police report and contacting the carrier for investigation. Streamers may offer case-by-case goodwill replacements, but this is at their discretion, not a policy entitlement. Orders over $100 should ship with signature required precisely to prevent this scenario.
8. Address Accuracy
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned to the Streamer due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the Streamer may charge a reship fee equal to the actual cost of reshipment. Alternatively, you may request a refund less the original shipping cost.
- Address changes after purchase are possible only before the Streamer marks the order as shipped. Message the Streamer immediately if you need to change your address.
9. Returns
Because Marketplace sales are specific identified sealed products opened live at the time of purchase, returns are not accepted except where covered by the Refund Policy (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, missing cards, counterfeit). There is no change-of-mind return right once an order is opened.
